Candler County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are seeking the whereabouts of Elliot D’Andre Butler. Butler has outstanding warrants for FORGERY 1ST DEGREE and OBTAINING DRUGS BY FORGERY. Butler is described as 30 years of age, 6’1, 160 lbs, brown eyes and brown hair. He is known to live in Covington, Georgia. Please contact law enforcement if you know his whereabouts.
