A video obtained by TGV News depicts violent episodes in Smith State Prison Wednesday night following the arrest of the prison’s warden, Brian Dennis Adams.  The video appears to show multiple inmate-on-inmate attacks over the course of the 30-second clip. Inmates appear with shanks or other similar items while others can be seen assaulting inmates with their fists and feet. The scene is a chaotic one with inmates chasing after one another while others flee to their cells.
