Visit Statesboro Kicks Off the 2025 Main Street Farmers Market on April 5

Spring is in the air and with the change in season comes the highly anticipated return of the Statesboro Main Street Farmers Market! Kicking off on Saturday, April 5, this free community event will take place every Saturday from April through November, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at The Market at Visit Statesboro.

Attending the Statesboro Main Street Farmers Market is a beloved tradition where locals and visitors alike can come together to connect each weekend. With a focus on fostering a strong sense of community, the market provides an opportunity for people to gather and see familiar faces and meet new ones while supporting small businesses.

Over 60 vendors are scheduled for the first market of the season. “It’s a busy and fun environment where you get to interact with the actual business owners and families who grow your produce, bake your bread and handcraft the mugs you drink your coffee from,” says Kelsie Cobb, Main Street Farmers Market Manager. “We are so excited for the new vendors and ideas coming to the market this year.”

Marketgoers can expect a wide selection of farm-fresh produce, locally cultivated meats, cheeses, delicious baked goods, and stunning handmade art and artisanal goods. Some of the region’s best artisans and food vendors gather every weekend, offering everything from floral bouquets to homemade lemonade and indulgent treats.
