This is a press release from the City of Statesboro.
The City of Statesboro invites the community to historic downtown Statesboro on Thursday, June 25, at 7 p.m. as Papa Sol takes the Downtown Live stage for the final performance of the season. Don’t miss your last chance to join in on the fun before the series wraps up for the year.
Papa Sol will close out the 2026 Downtown Live Concert Series with a high-energy performance the band is known for. Blending pop, soul, funk, reggae, beach music, and rock ’n’ roll, Papa Sol brings an electrifying mix to the stage with three lead vocalists, creating a rich, full sound that keeps audiences engaged from start to finish. It’s the perfect send-off to another great season of live music in downtown Statesboro.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to bring their dancing shoes and lawn chairs to downtown Statesboro for this final show. Admission to the concert is free and open to the public. Food trucks will open at 6 p.m., and several downtown restaurants are within walking distance of the concert stage. The concert starts at 7 p.m.
