“Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday is a historic occasion, and we are excited to provide a place where our community can come together to honor this milestone,” said Kimberly Sharpe, Events and Communications Coordinator for Bulloch County Recreation and Parks. “Firecracker Fest has become one of Bulloch County’s favorite traditions, and this year’s celebration will be filled with family fun, community pride, and unforgettable moments as we commemorate 250 years of our nation’s history.”

Bulloch County Recreation and Parks has once again partnered with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and the Georgia Department of Transportation to implement a comprehensive traffic and public safety plan, ensuring guests can safely enjoy the festivities from start to finish.

“This celebration is about more than fireworks,” Sharpe added. “It’s about bringing neighbors together, creating lasting memories, and recognizing the freedoms and opportunities that make our country so special. We invite everyone to wear their red, white, and blue and join us for an unforgettable evening.”

The department extends its sincere appreciation to the sponsors whose generous support makes Firecracker Fest possible. The 2026 Firecracker Fest is proudly sponsored by Cardinal LG, Coca-Cola, Kiwanis Club of Statesboro, Advanced Care Heating and Cooling, Brickhouse Live, Grice Connect, Statesboro Golf Carts, and Via Media.
