1. He has been sitting in jail for over a week and may not be aware that his civil right to a speedy trial is being violated. I’ll be informing him directly. Since there’s not a new probation hearing set under the honorable Judge Lovett Bennett in the court calendar, I’d say Curtis’s probation officer has forgotten to file the paperwork. What in injustice, in my opinion.
