USPS Searching for Automotive Technicians in 2 Southeast Georgia Locations

The United States Postal Service is seeking committed and motivated individuals to join us in our mission of service in the communities of Savannah and Waycross, Georgia. We currently have immediate hiring opportunities and are hosting a virtual job fair on August 13, to share information with potential USPS team members about positions that may be perfect for them.

The available positions offer starting annual salary as follows:

Automotive Technician (AT) starting annual $66,836 paid bi-weekly

Must have some mechanical skills as this position performs routine and complex repairs and maintenance on all types of motor vehicles used in the postal fleet. It also troubleshoots and diagnoses more complex vehicle malfunctions using a variety of computerized test equipment.
