On 02/02/2026 at approximately 1123 hours, deputies responded to 1142 North Highway 119 in reference to a stolen trailer. The complainant advised a black 7x12 Down to Earth single- axle dump trailer (GA tag WGS041), valued at approximately $6,000 and belonging to DKK Rentals LLC, was last seen on 01/27/2026 around 1200 hours and discovered missing on 02/02/2026 around 1130 hours. The trailer was entered into GCIC as stolen, a neighborhood canvas was negative, and deputies returned to patrol.

On February 3, 2026, at approximately 1339 hours, I responded to a criminal trespass complaint at 1421 Jordan Road. The complainant, Ms. Thai Stewart, reported that her neighbor had repeatedly entered her property without permission to collect golf balls.

On February 3rd, 2026, at approximately 1856, I responded to the above location in reference to a verbal altercation that had occured.
