THE BLACK KIA SEDAN WAS LOCATED AND AFTER AN INVESTIGATION THE DRIVER MR. BRADLEY ROBBINS WAS ARRESTED FOR DUI ALCOHOL UNDER 21, HIT AND RUN AND POSS OF ALCOHOL UNDER 21.
