I was advised by Bulloch County Sheriff`s Office Dispatch that they had received a call about a Gold in color Jeep Cherokee had been abandoned on the side of the road for over a week. When I arrived on scene the abandoned Jeep was sitting on the side of the road facing towards the wood line off of Williams Road as I approached the vehicle it was unoccupied with the key left in the ignition. When I ran the Tag # 8940A8 (Nevada) it came back to a potential owner with the name of Jennifer Proffer from Reno, Nevada the registration of the vehicle came back suspended. I notified Dispatch to notify the next wrecker to remove the vehicle due to it being unoccupied and no way to contact the owner of the vehicle. Narrative

On December 31, 2025, I, Sgt. K. Kelley, took a lobby report regarding harassing communications. Upon making contact with the complainants, Tyler Washington and Dykeria Wilkerson, they reported that Michael Davis, the father of Ms. Wilkerson’s children, has been calling at all hours of the night. He has made threatening statements, saying that he would come to confront Mr. Washington if things do not change. Mr. Washington stated that he has never met Mr. Davis but is concerned that Davis' family, whom he referred to as "my family," might be trying to provoke him. Ms. Wilkerson expressed her desire for Mr. Davis to cease all contact with her and to stop encouraging family members to instigate issues between her and Mr. Washington. She mentioned that Mr. Davis is currently in the U.S. Army and stationed in Texas, but she was unsure of his exact location. Deputies will attempt to make contact with Mr. Davis to inform him of the criminal trespass warning against contacting Mr. Washington and Ms. Wilkerson.

In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
