On February 27th, 2026, I conducted a phone report in reference to a lost or stolen Georgia licence plate for a 2011 white ford f-150 (ZLM973). While speaking with the complainant, Darivs Kiyani. He mentioned that he got to work this morning in Rincon Georgia and realized that his tag was missing and that he cannot find it. Kiyani stated that he needed a report in order to obtain a new tag from the tag office. This incident was captured on a body-worn camera.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON AN OFFICER OF COURT16-5-21(L) UNLAWFUL CONDUCT DURING 911 CALLS OR16-11-39.2(B)(5) On February 27th, 2026, around 2016 hours, while working uniformed patrol in a marked unit, I, Deputy Kite, observed a black male standing in the middle of Red Church Rd pointing. Upon turning around, the male was jogging in place.

THEFT BY TAKING - FIREARM16-8-2(6)(A) On 02/28/2026, Mr. Marvin Everett reported his Glock 9mm stolen from his unlocked 2006 Chevrolet Silverado parked at his residence. The firearm was last seen on 02/27/2026 in the center console and was discovered missing on 02/28/2026. Model and serial number are unknown. A report for Entering an Automobile and Theft by Taking was completed.

On 02/28/2026 at approximately 1627 hours, Robert Forehand reported that at approximately 1530 hours two unauthorized debit card/Mastercard transactions originating from Tennessee were made totaling $2,086. A Financial Transaction Card Fraud report was completed.

On 02/28/2026 at approximately 22:17 hours, I responded to 1105 Turf Road reference to an unwanted person. Christopher Burns was verbally criminally trespassed from the residence and advised not to return. The home owner James Sapp was advised to call the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office if Christopher returned to the residence, at which point Christopher would be arrested for criminal trespass.

On 03/01/2026 at approximately 1000 hours, officers responded to 1231 Brooklet South Drive in reference to a custody dispute after the involved juvenile advised her father she did not want to go with him. Courtney Badgett reported receiving hostile and threatening messages from Anthony Williams and requested a Criminal Trespass warning. Mr. Williams was advised he is no longer permitted on the property and will be arrested for Criminal Trespass (O.C.G.A. § 16-7-21) if he returns. During the notification, Mr. Williams was hostile and argumentative. A suspended driver’s license was also confirmed through NCIC/GCIC.
