Narrative

On 03/01/2026 at approximately 1000 hours, officers responded to 1231 Brooklet South Drive in reference to a custody dispute after the involved juvenile advised her father she did not want to go with him. Courtney Badgett reported receiving hostile and threatening messages from Anthony Williams and requested a Criminal Trespass warning. Mr. Williams was advised he is no longer permitted on the property and will be arrested for Criminal Trespass (O.C.G.A. § 16-7-21) if he returns. During the notification, Mr. Williams was hostile and argumentative. A suspended driver’s license was also confirmed through NCIC/GCIC.

ON 03/02/2026, I CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP ON A SILVER 2010 TOYOTA COROLLA IN THE AREA OF CHANDLER RD / GEORGIA AVE.

In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots.
