On 03/04/2026 at approximately 20:53 hours, I responded to Cooperville to meet with the Screven County Sheriff’s Office deputies at the county line in reference to picking up and transporting an individual who had an active warrant through the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office. Corey Stancil was transported to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff for booking and processing.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY16-7-21(A) On 03/06/2026 at approximately 01:56 hours, I responded to 124 Brown Street in reference to an unwanted person. Bert Deal was advised that he was not to return to the property, and that if he did, he would be arrested for criminal trespass. He acknowledged this warning. The complainant Glenna Nesmith was provided a waiver of prosecution where it was signed and advised by siging this waiver that nothing further would be pursued.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
