CRIMINAL TRESPASS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY16-7-21(A) On 03/06/2026 at approximately 01:56 hours, I responded to 124 Brown Street in reference to an unwanted person. Bert Deal was advised that he was not to return to the property, and that if he did, he would be arrested for criminal trespass. He acknowledged this warning. The complainant Glenna Nesmith was provided a waiver of prosecution where it was signed and advised by siging this waiver that nothing further would be pursued.

On March 8, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM, I, Deputy Shannon with the BCSO, was dispatched to 2009 Cody Lane in response to a domestic dispute.
