A Bulloch County grand jury has returned a True Bill of Indictment on a host of charges against a man arrested in January, including Home Invasion and Rape.
According to the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, a Bulloch County Grand Jury returned a True Bill of Indictment on February 3 on all charges listed against Keinth Moreno Guzman in connection with a violent home invasion and sexual assault investigation previously announced by the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office.
The indictment includes the following charges:
- Count 1: Rape
- Count 2: Aggravated Child Molestation
- Count 3: Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes
- Count 4: Home Invasion in the First Degree
- Count 5: Burglary in the First Degree
- Count 6: Child Molestation
- Counts 7–8: Aggravated Assault
- Count 9: False Imprisonment
- Count 10: Cruelty to Children in the First Degree
- Counts 11–20: Possession of a Knife During the Commission of a Felony
All charges are felony offenses under Georgia law.
Guzman was arrested on January 14 after an investigation into the allegations began just days earlier.
Guzman had been wanted by law enforcement for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor traffic charges dating back to 2023, with bench warrants issued for his arrest Guzman, who is in the United States unlawfully, was booked into the Bulloch County Jail on charges of Driving without a Valid License, No Insurance, and Suspended Registration and released the same day.
Guzman has been in custody since his arrest and awaits further adjudication in Superior Court while in the Bulloch County Jail.
Due to the nature of the allegations and to protect the integrity of the judicial process, the District Attorney’s Office has said will not comment further on specifics of the case.
