Bond was denied at his first appearance in magistrate court. As of publishing, Williams had no attorney of record.

Williams was arrested earlier this year on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Reckless Conduct, False Report of a Crime, and False Statements or Writings, a felony. In that case, Williams is accused of firing shots into his home with a .357 magnum firearm and then telling deputies that he shot and killed two people who were in his home for no reason. The claims by Williams prompted deputies to search his home and the surrounding neighborhood multiple times and ultimately hindered their investigation. That case is still ongoing.
