Lehman Franklin Qualifies at Capitol to Seek 2nd Term

State Representative Lehman Franklin has qualified for a second term serving Bulloch and Bryan counties in the Georgia General Assembly.

The Republican lawmaker qualified Monday morning at the Capitol in Atlanta with his wife, Lorie.

Franklin was first elected in 2022. His district, HD 160, encompasses Bulloch and Bryan counties.

In the Georgia House, he serves on the Economic Development & Tourism and Interstate Cooperation committees. He is also Vice Chairman of the Retirement committee.

Qualifying will continue this week through Friday at 12:00 p.m.

The last day to register to vote in the primary election is April 22, 2024.
Early voting for the Primary Election begins April 29.
Election Day is May 21, 2024.
