Bulloch County Health Department Offers School Immunizations and Screenings

Make sure your child is ready for the 2026-2027 school year with a clean bill of health!

In preparation for the upcoming school year, the Bulloch County Health Department will be providing vaccines, as well as offering hearing, vision, and dental screenings, to fulfill requirements for Georgia DPH Forms 3231 and 3300 for school attendance in Georgia. These services are available during normal hours of operation, and no appointment is necessary!

The Bulloch County Health Department is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Bulloch County Health Department (located at 1 West Altman in Statesboro) is part of the Georgia Department of Public Health’s Southeast Health District.
