On April 15th, 2026, I responded to the area of Highway 67 and Josh Deal Road to assist Georgia State Patrol 506 on a traffic stop. The passenger of the
vehicle was arrested and transported to the Bulloch County Jail

On April 15th, 2026, at approximately 5:09pm, I responded to 3022 Hawks Ridge Drive to speak with Jacquelyn Kelly regarding a physical altercation
between her juvenile foster children. After a brief investigation, it was discovered that both juveniles had multiple marks and bruises to the face as a result of
the altercation. Both juveniles were taken into custody for the listed offenses and will be released back to their guardian, Kelly, at the request of the DJJ.
Juvenile complaint forms were completed to accompany the report.

On 04/16/2026 at approximately 04:02 hours, I responded to 100 A Nature Way in reference to criminal
trespass. Janiya Mincey was issued a criminal tresspass notice and advised to not to return to the property
and if she returned she would be arrested for violation the criminal tresspass waring
