On 04/16/2026 at approximately 04:02 hours, I responded to 100 A Nature Way in reference to criminal trespass. Janiya Mincey was issued a criminal trespass notice and advised to not to return to the property and if she returned she would be arrested for violation the criminal trespass warning.

On April 16, 2026, deputies responded to a report of property damage at 115 Pamela Way, Lot 85. Investigation revealed that multiple projectiles had struck an occupied residence and a vehicle parked on the property. Evidence collected at the scene, including .300 Blackout shell casings and observed damage patterns, is consistent with rounds being fired from the roadway toward the residence. No injuries were reported. At this time, no suspects have been identified. The case has been forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division for continued investigation, including witness follow-up and potential review of surveillance footage.
