CRIMINAL TRESPASS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY16-7-21(A) On 04/20/2026 at approximately 1300 hours I, Deputy Barrick took a phone report in regards to Damage to Property. Upon calling the complainant back I spoke with Randi Dingman. Randi stated that a Silver in color vehicle had struck her Garbage can. Randi stated she does not know who the person is but has seen the same vehicle the last two days traveling up and down the road. Randi stated she had video and would send it to me. I then informed Randi that I would drive to her residence and attempt to locate the vehicle. Upon arrival to 3035 Cowboy Way Portal Ga. I observed the knocked down trash can and noticed the damage. I took pictures of the trash can and uploaded them into Axon. I also rode the area in an attempt to locate the vehicle but had negative contact. This report is for documentation.
