On the listed date and time I made contact with the offender at the listed location after an accident. While checking on the involved vehicles and occupants, the offender began yelling profanity and being irate with the other driver involved. I asked the offender to calm down and sit on the curb which she did briefly and then stood back up and stated that she did not have to and began walking to her vehicle. I grabbed her by the arm and she resisted and began screaming and flailing around, losing her balance and hitting the ground. Upon arrival of the SRO I was able to get her placed in handcuffs. GSP arrived and conducted field sobriety and the offender was also arrested for DUI. Citations were issued for the 2 charges that I had on this case. **No badycam or dash cam as I was in my personal vehicle but in uniform

In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
