On April 27th, 2026 I responded to the address of Briggs and Stratton, 7251 Zell Miller Pkwy, in reference to threats being made towards Harvey Washington.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
