On 08/12/2026 at approximately 0203 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a gray Chevrolet Silverado for failing to have its headlights activated on Lanier Drive. A brief investigation was conducted, during which the driver was determined to be driving under the influence. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

CRIMINAL TRESPASS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY16-7-21(A) On August 12th, 2026, I, Cpl. Edwards, met with Shanda Williams at Nevils Elementary School regarding ongoing theft and trespassing incidents on property owned by her mother, Betty Williams, where she resides.

On August 12, 2026, at approximately 11:52 AM, I responded to a trespassing complaint at a property owned by the complainant, Judith Young. Upon arrival, I made contact with Young, who stated she had previously told Barrow on three separate occasions, including on February 11, that he was trespassing on the property and that she would contact law enforcement if he returned.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTYUNASSIGNED While traveling Westbound on Interstate 16, Mr. Hans was in the left lane near milemarker 117. He stated that he saw what appeared to be piece of cardboard fly off a semi that was ahead of him in the right lane. The object dislodged from the truck and made impact with with the complainant's company vehicle. The object was not a piece of cardboard, it was wooden. Complainant was not hurt, the impact with his window caused the vehicle unsafe to operate. He left the vehicle at the Travel America until a glass repairman could assist him.

THEFT BY DECEPTION - MISDEMEANOR16-8-3 (MISD) On August 12th, 2026 at approximately 1511 hours, I spoke with Henry Brinson via phone in reference to an incident. Mr. Brinson stated his wife, Michelle Brinson, paid 125$ through apple pay when an unknown individual requested it via phone to have his son, Brandon Brinson, released from the Bulloch County Jail.

On August 12, 2026, while in the area of Thomkin Dr., I heard multiple gunshots. During further investigation, more shots rang out behind 125 Thomkin Dr. After a brief investigation, Mr. Camden Pippin was arrested on multiple charges.

ON THE TIME AND DATE OF THIS REPORT, I RESPONDED TO THE FAST AND EASY ON LANIER DR. IN REFERENCE TO THREATS BEING MADE BETWEEN THE COMPLAINANT LISTED AND THE UNIDENTIFIED OFFENDER. AT THE CONCLUSION OF THIS CALL, THE COMPLAINANT WAS ARRESTED FOR AN OUTSTANDING WARRANT OUT OF COFFEE COUNTY.

On August 13, 2026 Deputies took to a phone report regarding harrassing communications.
