DAMAGE TO PROPERTYUNASSIGNED On 07/15/2026, I, Deputy Brooks, took a phone report from an individual who requested documentation of damage to his trailer allegedly caused by his brother-in-law. He also requested that his brother-in-law be served with a Criminal Trespass Warning to prevent him from returning to his property. He stated that he already has a Writ of Possession (2026-32350DS) but would allow his brother-in-law to retrieve his belongings with a law enforcement escort.
