On June 17, 2026, the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office conducted a narcotics investigation targeting the illegal sale and distribution of controlled substances within Bulloch County. The investigation resulted in the identification of multiple individuals involved in drug-related criminal activity. Based on evidence gathered throughout the investigation, the individuals listed above were arrested and charged in accordance with Georgia law.

IDENTITY THEFT FRAUD TO CREATE/USE/POSSESS16-9-121(A)(4) On June 18, 2026, Captain Marcus Nesmith met with Dr. Jarrett Walden in refence to fraudulent activity. Dr. Walden stated that while at his local bank, he was advised Verizon Wireless placed a collection notice on his credit report in the amount of $5,977.00. Dr. Walden then made contact with Verizon and discovered someone opened a personal Verizon account in his name at some point in 2024. The information provided by Verizon was an indivial in, or around West Point, Georgia opened the account. After verifing that Dr. Walden had never lived in West Point, Georgia nor did he open the account, Dr. Walden was advised to get a report for the purposes of disputing the charge. Dr. Walden also advised that he does not have any personal accounts with Verizon, only business accounts. At the time of this report, there are no suspects. A copy of this report will be forwarded to Dr. Walden

DAMAGE TO PROPERTYUNASSIGNED ON THE TIME DATE OF THIS REPORT, I RESPONDED TO HENDRIX ST. IN REFERENCE TO AN MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT INVOLVING A COUNTY VEHICLE.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
