On June 24, 2026, the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office Crime Suppression Team assisted the Georgia Department of Community Supervision with a probation compliance check at a residence on Mallard Pond Road in Statesboro. During the compliance check, a firearm, marijuana, and drug-related objects were located. As a result of the investigation, the above offenders were arrested and charged with the listed offenses.

Narrative

ON 06-25-2026 I RESPONDED TO 18063 HWY 80 W FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE. ON SCENE I SPOKE TO BOTH PARTIES MR. JOSE APARICIO TAVERA AND MS. REBECCA APARICIO. MS. APARICIO SAID THAT SHE WAS RIDDING IN THE VEHICLE WITH HER HUSBAND. SHE SAID THEY GOT INTO A VERBAL DISPUTE AND HE STARTED CALLING HER NAMES. MS. APARICIO ADVISED THAT SHE DID SAY SHE WOULD HIT HIM IF HE DID NOT STOP CALLING HER NAMES. SHE ADVISED THAT SHE DID NOT TOUCH HIM AND THAT WHEN THEY GOT TO THIS LOCATION SHE LEFT ON FOOT. I THEN SPOKE TO MR. APARICIO WHO SAID THAT HE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN HIS SOON TO BE EX WIFE MS. APARICIO STARTED GETTING IRATE. HE ADVISED THAT SHE STARTED SLAPPING HIM AND THEN PUNCHED THE WINDSHIELD WITH HER HAND AND BROKE IT. (I DID NOT SEE ANY INJURIES ON MR. APARICIO'S FACE AND THERE WAS A CRACK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD. HE ALSO DENIED EMS) I WENT BACK AND SPOKE TO MS. APARICIO AGAIN AND ASKED TO SEE HER HANDS. I DID NOT SEE ANY INJURIES NOR ANY ABRASIONS ON HER HANDS THAT YOU WOULD SUSTAIN FROM PUNCHING THE WINDSHIELD AND BREAKING IT WITH YOUR FIST. MS. APARICIO ADVISED THAT ALL THE CRACKS ON THE WINDSHIELD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE. DUE TO LACK OF PHYSICAL OR TESTIMONIAL EVIDENCE AN ARREST WAS NOT MADE. BOTH PARTIES WERE SEPERATED AND MS. APARICIO LEFT WALKING TOWARDS STATESBORO WHILE MR. APARICIO STAYED AT THIS LOCATION TO FINISH WORK. A CRN WAS PROVIDED. THIS REPORT IS FOR DOCUMENTATION.
