POSSESSION OF PISTOL OR REVOLVER BY PERSON16-11-132(B) RECKLESS CONDUCT16-5-60(B) On June 4th, 2026, at approximately 8:11 PM, I responded to 1769 Brook Run Drive in reference to a juvenile in possession of a firearm at a group home. Upon arrival, I made contact with staff member Donald Lockhart and the juvenile. After a brief investigation, the juvenile was arrested for the listed offenses. DJJ was notified and advised to release the juvenile back to the group home. The firearm was collected and submited. A juvenile complaint form was also completed.

In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances. To read the exemptions or to request removal from The Georgia Virtue, visit the ‘Contact‘ tab. Please read the full explanation before submitting a request for removal.
