# INCIDENT REPORT DRAFT On March 3rd, 2026 at approximately 3:28am, I received a phone call from Mr. Sheley Gary regarding unauthorized transactions on his Direct Express debit card. Mr. Gary stated he was in the parking lot of the Statesboro Police Department after being referred to the Sheriff's Office.

On 03/04/2026 at approximately 20:53 hours, I responded to Cooperville to meet with the Screven County Sheriff’s Office deputies at the county line in reference to picking up and transporting an individual who had an active warrant through the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office. Corey Stancil was transported to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff for booking and processing.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
