THEFT BY TAKING- MOTOR VEHICLE16-8-2 (MV) On the listed date and time, I responded to the listed address in regards to a stolen 2024 Honda ADV160 motorcycle.

On 05/17/2026, I responded to 304 Sterling Court in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival, I made contact with Ms. Paige Powers, who appeared distraught. Ms. Paige Powers advised that she had recently been arrested and had been staying at the residence with her mother, Ms. Tina Powers. According to Ms. Paige Powers, Ms. Tina Powers had become upset regarding Ms. Paige Powers’ children being in the residence. Ms. Tina Powers advised that Ms. Paige Powers had been causing arguments and other issues within the residence. Ms. Tina Powers advised that she had changed the locks to the residence the previous day. Ms. Paige Powers advised that she no longer had access to the residence and wished to move her belongings on another day. Deputies advised Ms. Tina Powers regarding the eviction process and notified both parties that they could not unlawfully prevent one another from accessing their property while on scene. Ms. Paige Powers advised that she would be obtaining a ride from the residence and leaving the property voluntarily. No further incident occurred while deputies were on scene. This concludes my involvement.

On 05/19/2026 at approximately 04:26 hours, I responded to 602 Trophy Cove in reference to a suspicious vehicle.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
