On 05/22/2026, I was on Gateway Blvd conducting traffic enforcement when I was approached by a tow truck driver. The driver advised that he believed a male subject, who had parked near my location in a white work van, was intoxicated and had been observed stumbling to his vehicle.

In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances. To read the exemptions or to request removal from The Georgia Virtue, visit the ‘Contact‘ tab. Please read the full explanation before submitting a request for removal.
