On 11-02-2026, I Sgt. Weyer took a report at the Bulloch County Annex regarding the replacement of a lost vehicle tag. The complainant, Ebony Danielle Sharpe informed me that she lost her vehicle tag, DHG7697 and that she could not locate it. Miss Sharpe mentioned she needed this report in order to get a new vehicle tag from the tag office.

On the listed date and time I conducted a traffic stop on the listed vehicle for impeding the flow of traffic. Upon further investigation it was determined that the driver did not have a license. An Investigator arrived on scene and a hold was placed on both the driver and passenger for immigration. Both subjects were transported to the Bulloch County Jail where citations were issued to the driver.

IDENTITY FRAUD THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE INTENT16-9-126(B) ON THE AFTERNOON OF NOVEMBER 2ND, I SPOKE WITH THE VICTIM IN REGARDS TO AN IDENTITY THEFT. THE VICTIM STATED SHE RECIEVED A TEXT FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER VERIFYING A $100 PURCHASE FROM A CASINO IN TEXAS. THE VICTIM DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE. SHE THEN RECIEVED A CALL FROM A PERSON PRETENDING TO BE FROM SYNOVUS FRAUD DEPARTMENT. THE PERSON SENT THE VICTIM A LINK FOR HER TO PUT HER BANK INFORMATION IN. THE PERSON PRETENDING TO BE FROM SYNOVUS STATED THAT ALL OF HER ACCOUNTS WOULD BE FROZEN. DURING THE CONVERSATION, THE VICTIM NOTICED A $300 CHARGE THAT SHE DID NOT AUTHORIZE. THE VICTIM ASKED WHY THERE WAS A CHARGE ON THE ACCOUNT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FROZEN, THE PERSON ON THE LINE THEN HUNG UP. THE VICTIM IS FILING A COMPLAINT WITH SYNOVUS BANK AND IS REQUIRED A REPORT. THIS REPORT IS FOR DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES.

On 11/3/2026 at approximately 2001 hours, I responded to 6922 Highway 46 in reference to a report of terroristic threats and acts.
