On 10/10/2026 at approximately 0247 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Booster Boulevard in reference to a Ford truck reportedly performing donuts in the roadway. While in the area, I observed a Ford truck actively performing donuts in the roadway. I conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle to investigate the observed driving behavior. After a brief investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI-Less Safe and reckless driving.

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, at approximately 0412 hours, I, Deputy Daniel Nicholson, attempted a traffic stop on a black Nissan Altima bearing Georgia registration DCA8140 for failure to maintain lane on Highway 301 Bypass at mile marker 4 in Bulloch County. The vehicle refused to stop and accelerated away at a high speed.

On 10/11/2026 at approximately 0029 hours, I was dispatched to 136 Veranda Lane in reference to a group of individuals who reportedly entered a residence, assaulted an occupant, and then left the scene. After conducting an extensive investigation, four individuals were arrested and charged with Battery and Criminal Trespass.

On Sunday, October 11, 2026, at approximately 0354 hours, I, Deputy Daniel was on patrol in the area of Highway 119 near mile marker 4 in Bulloch County, when I observed a pickup truck turn right onto Highway 119 making a wide turn into the oncoming lane. I got behind the vehicle and observed the vehicle to cross the center line and correct back to the shoulder line. The vehicle then struck the shoulder line again before attempting to turn into a closed church. The vehicle was a black 2018 Ram 1500 bearing Georgia registration AAY5JY. I activated my emergency lights and stopped the vehicle.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots.
