THEFT OF LOST/MISLAID PROPERTY -16-8-6 On 10/15/2026 at 1026 hours, I recieved a report of a theft of lost or mislaid property at the listed incident location. See supplemental report for case details.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
