Bulloch County Jail Booking & Incident Report – October 19, 2026

AMPHETAMINE- POSSESSION OF16-13-30(A) On the reported date and time, Deputies responded to the reported location for a domestic dispute. During the investigation, deputies made an arrest for drugs.

On October 16th, 2026 at approximately 2219 hours, I responded to a call at the listed location regarding individuals going through the dumpsters. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, Brandalyn Tilley, who was working at the store. She stated two unknown females were going through the bussiness dumpsters and she wanted the incident documented. The individuals left in a white 2003 Chevrolet C15 (Ga Tag: TEG6674) prior to my arrival. Tilley requested the incident to be documented at the time of report until she spoke with the store`s manager.

ON OCTOBER 17, 2026 AT APPROXIMATELY 1424, I WAS DISPATCHED OUT TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS IN REFERENCE TO A SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT. UPON MY ARRIVAL TO THE SCENE, I MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT MS. CASSSANDRA FANN. MS. FANN ADVISED THAT HER 11 YEAR OLD SON WAS INVOLVED IN A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION WITH HER OLDEST SON`S FRIEND, AND 18 YEAR OLD MALE IDENTIFIED AS SAMUEL BUSH IV. MS. FANN ADVISED THAT SHE HAS HAD ISSUES IN THE PAST AND DIDNT WANT TO PRESS CHARGES ON MR. BUSH, SHE JUST WANTED HIM GONE FROM HER HOME. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH MR. BUSH AND HE WAS ADVISED THAT HE WAS TRESPASSED FROM THE RESIDENCE WITHOUT INCIDENT. MS. FANN ADVISED SHE WANTED A REPORT FOR DOCUMENTATION AND WAS INFORMED ON HOW TO OBTAIN A COPY OF THE REPORT. A TRESPASS FORM WAS GENERATED FOR THIS INCIDENT. THIS CONCLUDES MY INVOLVEMENT.

On October 17th, 2026 at approximately 1638 hours, I responded to the listed location in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival, I made contact with Marie Ashmore. She stated her husband, Louis Ashmore, also known by the nickname Chap, had been missing since approximately 0700 hours. She stated he left for work in his Mill Creek Construction work truck, a white 2018 Ram 1500 (Ga Tag: CYP6475), that morning and has not heard from him all day. After a brief investigation, a report was completed.

On the date and time listed above, I responded to the location listed above regarding a domestic dispute.

On the reported date and time, Deputies responded to the reported location for reports of vehicles that were hit by projectiles while traveling down Harville Road, which caused damage to the vehicles. During the investigation, three individuals were arrested.

On October 18th, 2026 at approximately 3:51 AM, I responded to a domestic disturbance at 2028 Old Groveland road.

On 10/18/2026, I responded to 2255 Old Riggs Mill Road in reference to a suspicious incident involving a disorderly juvenile. Upon arrival, I made contact with Ms. Minus, who advised that her 13-year-old son had been acting out and throwing items inside the residence. Ms. Minus explained that her son became upset after learning that she had eaten his chips, which led to him becoming angry and throwing items throughout the residence. Deputies spoke with the juvenile, who advised that he was hungry and became upset because he did not have any food to eat. The juvenile acknowledged that he had become frustrated and acted out due to being upset. Deputies spoke with both parties and were able to mediate the situation without further incident. The juvenile acknowledged his behavior and advised that he had simply become upset. A report was completed to document the incident.
