On October 20, 2026, I, Cpl. Edwards, responded to the Chevron located at 9651 S Hwy 301 in reference to a male reportedly loitering, harassing customers, and drinking alcohol in public. Upon arrival, I observed a male standing outside the store with open alcoholic beverage containers and consuming alcohol.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
