LOST/MISLAID PROPERTYUNASSIGNED1 On 10/05/2026, I responded to 42 Frances Lane in reference to lost or mislaid property. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, Mr. Miller. Mr. Miller advised that he was currently renovating his residence and believed his wallet may have accidentally been thrown away during the renovation process. Mr. Miller stated the wallet contained his driver's license, firearm permit, and multiple credit cards. Mr. Miller requested a report be completed for documentation purposes. This concludes my involvement.

On Monday, October 05, 2026, at approximately 2114 hours, I, Deputy Daniel Nicholson, assisted Lieutenant (LT.) Oglesby on traffic stop on Highway 67 at Interstate 16 E. The vehicle was a red GMC Sierra bearing Georgia registration ZSY667. The vehicle had expired registration since April 22, 2026.

On Wednesday, October 07, 2026, at approximately 0109 hours, I, Deputy Daniel Nicholson, responded to 104 Soho Circle in Bulloch County, for the report of a subject attempting to enter the residence. While En route I was advised the subject had entered the residence.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
