ON 09/18/2026 I SPOKE WITH MR. THOMPSON VIA TELEPHONE IN REFERENCE TO A LOST LICENSE PLATE. MR. THOMPSON STATED THAT HE HAS HAD HIS 2006 MOTORCYCLE IN STORAGE FOR SOME TIME AND DOES NOT KNOW THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE PLATE. THIS REPORT SERVES AS DOCUMENTATION FOR MR. THOMPSON TO POSSIBLY OBTAIN A NEW LICENSE PLATE FOR THE MOTORCYCLE. GA PLATE NUMBER YC5BYQ. VIN 1HD1FCW196Y654959. NOTHING FURTHER.

On 09/18/2026, I took a phone report in reference to a lost vehicle tag. I spoke with Ms. Bouldrey, who advised that she had traded in her Toyota Camry for a Chevrolet truck. Ms. Bouldrey stated that she had not received the tag for the new vehicle in the mail. The tag number was identified as DDU8991. This report was completed for documentation purposes.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTYUNASSIGNED On 09/19/2026, I responded to 389 Glazebrook Drive in reference to a damage to property complaint. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, Ms. Vigoa. Ms. Vigoa advised that she wanted a report completed for documentation regarding damage to the case for her Ring camera. Ms. Vigoa advised that during the late evening hours of 09/18/2026 into the early morning hours of 09/19/2026, an unknown male approached her residence, knocked on the door, removed the Ring camera, and threw it into nearby bushes. Ms. Vigoa advised that the male then rode a bicycle to the residence next door. I later made contact with the male, who was identified as Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith advised that he had been intoxicated and did not remember what had occurred the previous night. Mr. Smith later advised that he did remember riding his bicycle. Ms. Vigoa advised that she did not wish to pursue charges and only wanted the incident documented. Ms. Vigoa and Mr. Smith had also communicated regarding reimbursement for the damaged Ring camera case. No further action was taken at this time.

On September 20th, 2026, at approximately 1836 hours, I responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious incedent. Upon arrival, I made contact with Makayla Wells and Steven Coffey. Wells stated an incident occured between two of her juvenile children on 9/17/26 at this location. She also stated a possibly related incident occured in Savannah, Georgia between 9/11/26 and 9/13/26 while with their father, Jackson Crout. After a brief investigation, a report was completed. Wells was also refered to the proper agency. Bulloch County CID was notified and the report will be forwarded to investigators.

On September 20th, 2026, I was dispatched to the area of I-16 westbound near mile marker 135 regarding a male walking along the roadway. The male was arrested due to having active warrants.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots.
