IDENTITY THEFT FRAUD WHEN USING/POSSESSING16-9-121(A)(1) INSURANCE FRAUD33-1-9(E) Mr. Derrick Davis reported an identity fraud after discovering an unknown offender had used his personal information to create a fraudulent life insurance policy. The policy was reportedly used at medical facilities in Statesboro and has caused issues with Mr. Davis filing his taxes with the IRS. Mr. Davis provided documentation of the fraudulent policy, which was photographed and attached to the case.

On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at approximately 1144 hours, I, Deputy Daniel Nicholson, responded to 203C Skye View Drive in Bulloch County for the report of a male who had been sprayed with oleoresin capiscum. Upon arrival, I made contact with Jeremiah J. Williams (COMPLAINTANT) who advised Rashiaa Dubinion (OTHER) a friend of the family had been talking bad about him and his family and he had enough and told her he was going to slap her earlier this date over text. Jeremiah advised he walked toward Rashiaa when she arrived on scene and she pulled out "mace" and sprayed him in the eyes before leaving the scene. I spoke with Josephine Rock (WITNESS) who observed the incident and she told both parties to leave her property if they were going to cause problems. Josephine advised the events Jeremiah told me were the way it happened and she wanted the parties to leave. Contact was unable to be made with Dubinion. Jeremiah was examined by Bulloch County EMS and denied transport to the hospital. Jeremiah requested a report for the incident. I cleared the scene and returned to service.

On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at approximately 1535 hours, I, Deputy Daniel Nicholson, responded to the Bulloch County Sheriff`s Office for a fraud report in the lobby.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots.
