On 09/28/2026 at approximately 0212 hours, I was conducting concentrated patrol on Old Register Road when I observed a silver Impala driving on Old Register Road heading towards the bypass. While behind the vehicle, I detected the odor of a green leafy substance coming through the vents of my patrol vehicle. As I continued to follow the vehicle, the odor of marijuana persisted. As we approached Veterans Memorial Parkway Bypass, I continued following the vehicle. When we turned right, the vehicle immediately merged into the left lane instead of remaining in the right lane while turning right.

ON 09/28/2026, I, SGT. K. KELLEY, TOOK A LOBBY REPORT IN REFERENCE TO A CIVIL MATTER. UPON SPEAKING WITH THE COMPLAINANT, NICOLE JENKINS SHE STATED THAT ON 09/26/2026 SHE WAS INFORMED THAT ANOTHER COMPANY WAS ATTACHED TO HER COMPANY WEBSITE AND BELIEVES THEY ARE STEALING HER CLIENTS. MS. JENKINS STATED THAT ONE STOP DUI HAS FOUND SOME WAY TO ATTACH THEIR INFORMATION TO HER WEBSITE, AND SHE WANTED TO FILE A REPORT. MS. JENKINS STATED THAT SHE HAS NOT YET CONTACTED THE OWNER OF ONE STOP OR HER WEB DESIGNER TO SEE IF THIS WAS DONE ON PURPOSE OR BY ACCIDENT. MS. JENKINS STATED THAT SHE BELIEVES SHE WAS LOSING CLIENTS DUE TO THE ATTACHED NUMBER ON HER AD.

While on patrol in the area of US Highway 301 Bypass, Deputy Wayne observed Thomas Waters II operating a motorcycle at an estimated 100+ MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone, passing three westbound vehicles. Waters admitted traveling approximately 102 MPH and stated he was attempting to return to work. Waters was arrested and the motorcycle was towed by Bruce’s Towing.

On the time and date of this report, I responded to the Patriot Inn on 301 S in reference to an unwanted white male on the property. Male was asked to leave the property and was served Criminal Trespass notice.
