It is unclear at this time what is causing the power to not restore properly at Statesboro High School.
Maintenance crews have been working steadily on the building’s main breaker system to resolve the issue.
Families, faculty, and staff are asked to monitor communications from the school district over the weekend about the status of the power restoration.
Events that were scheduled at the school for Friday, April 12, and Saturday, April 13, which included home soccer games, the Walk at Womack, and the Miss Statesboro High School Pageant, have been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
