Two Evans County restaurants were inspected by the Health Department this week and one of those establishments landed a score of 43 out of 100.
The inspection of Lex’s was the second in two weeks. On 1/13/22, the establishment received a score of 59. When the inspector returned 12 days later, the score had dropped by 12 more points.
