Memorial Health Meadows Hospital recently presented a check of $30,000 to United Way of Toombs, Montgomery and Wheeler Counties. This donation will provide much needed financial support to help the 19 local United Way agencies. These agencies provide emergency services, special education, youth development, senior care and health services for individuals and families in the area.

“The United Way is the one of the single most impactful ways of giving in the community in that it allows to serve numerous organizations and missions,” said James Nixon, Chief Operating Officer of Meadows Hospital. “We are grateful for the work of the United Way in the community.”
