Enjoy a weekend of touring historic private homes and fascinating buildings, dining at exquisite historic sites, and discovering the southern charm and hospitality of Macon.

Ramble through the Shirley Hills Historic District, a planned residential neighborhood first laid out in the 1920s. Set along the east bank of the Ocmulgee River, this picturesque neighborhood of rolling hills features hsitoric residences designed by notable architects including W. Elliott Dunwody IV, Ellamae Ellis League and Dennis & Dennis.
