The US 280, I-16 Frontage, and Old Cuyler Road Interchange (P.I. Numbers 0016618, 0019452, and 0019451) are designed to provide more efficient access to the new Bryan County Mega-Site development and the surrounding area. These improvements include roadway widening, a new Frontage Road along I-16, a new interchange location at I-16 at Old Cuyler Road, and other improvements. It should be noted that Georgia DOT’s projects are separate endeavors from the new Bryan County Mega-Site development team and are intended to improve surrounding infrastructure for all users, including the local communities it serves.

Georgia DOT is seeking public comment on the proposed design improvements for the following projects in Bryan County, Georgia: US 280 Widening (P.I. 0016618), I-16 Frontage Road (P.I. 0019452), and I-16 at Old Cuyler Road Interchange (P.I. 0019451). The project team will host an open comment period from December 14, 2022, through January 20, 2023, and host both virtual and in-person Public Information Open House (PIOH) events.
