On July 13th, 2026, at approximately 0027 hours, while on patrol in the area of Highway 301 South in Statesboro, I conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle (GA Tag: SFJ8144) after a registration check revealed the registered owner, Jose Palomares, had a suspended driver's license. After a brief investigation, Jose Palomares was placed under arrest without incident and received a citation for the listed offense. His vehicle was released to Charles Mock and driven from the scene.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTYUNASSIGNED On 07/13/2026 at approximately 1505 hours, I was dispatched to 32 Joe Kennedy Boulevard, Statesboro, GA, in reference to a damage to property complaint. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, identified as Allie Cutler. Ms. Cutler advised that a stealth gray Tesla struck the business mailbox at Word of Mouth, located at 32 Joe Kennedy Boulevard, and then left the scene without stopping. Ms. Cutler was unable to provide a registration number or further identifying information for the vehicle at the time of the report. I observed damage to the mailbox consistent with Ms. Cutler's statement and took photographs of the damage, which were uploaded as evidence. Ms. Cutler advised that if surveillance footage from the business becomes available, she will provide it for further investigation. A case card was issued to Ms. Cutler, and I explained the reporting process to her. I then cleared the scene and returned to service. A damage to property report was completed for documentation purposes.
