SCOTT COLLINS, WAS ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE, SPEEDING IN EXCESS OF MAXIMUM LIMITS, FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE.

THEFT BY TAKING- MOTOR VEHICLE16-8-2 (MV) Deputies responded to 7888 Old River Road North in reference to a reported stolen vehicle. Investigation revealed two unidentified subjects were captured on surveillance footage taking a silver 2013 Infiniti QX56 without the owner's permission, and the vehicle was entered into GCIC/NCIC as stolen pending further investigation.
