On June 16th, 2026, I responded to the address of 722 Prosser Road in reference to the complainant, stating that she was pushed over by a 15-year-old juvenile. After further investigation, the offender was arrested on the listed charges.

RECKLESS CONDUCT16-5-60(B) On 06/16/2026, at approximately 1930 hours, I responded to a phone report regarding suspected mailbox damage. Victoria Bray advised her mailbox sustained possible firearm projectile damage sometime between 06/11/2026 and 06/14/2026. Bray advised she may know who was responsible but declined to provide suspect information. No surveillance footage was available. A CRN was issued. Returned to patrol.

THEFT BY TAKING- MOTOR VEHICLE16-8-2 (MV) On June 16th, 2026, around 1700 hours, while working uniformed patrol in a marked unit, I, Deputy Kite, took a phone report for a stolen vehicle.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
