  1. This is unfortunately not surprising at Smith SP. Lack of staff, poor training, overcrowding, this was bound to happen so happy I left when I did.. That new warden is worse than the one they locked up

  2. This new Warden is a Child. The Deputy Warden of Security is an incompetent Idiot.
The Deputy Warden of Care and treatment should be the Warden. She works very hard to make a difference. The remaining Staff Work as hard as 5 officers each but this will not change anything.
The Warden now has not a clue what he is doing, treats his staff like trash. Thinks all inmates are rabbid dogs and could not hold a real job anywhere in the real world. He is a failure.. Sadly, we lost a good officer. Mr. Clark. He did his job and treated inmates like people they are. All Ships have a Captain. Mr. Clark died on this Captains watch. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. BOTH WARDENS.
The remaining staff and medical staff do not deserve this idiot as there leader…
The Warden before him was respected and was a good leader. The inmates that have no hope because of the System at least listened to him… This Failure goes to the governors feet as well and even He cares not. He only cars about Votes…… Sadly, this will happen again.
The Warden has Mr. Clark’s blood on his hands. Do something Governor!!!!!!
Stop this mass incarnation, stupid long turn sentences and overflowing prisons.
Lime green T-Shirts and yellow paint do NOT make a prison safe.
