A drive-through vaccination clinic will take place this weekend in Sylvania.
Optim Medical Center-Screven will hold a free Moderna COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, April 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to participate can schedule an appointment by phone: 912-629-3555 or online by clicking here.
This is the second clinic at Optim in Screven.
Due to the fact that Moderna has age requirements, a driver’s license or other form of ID may be requested.
Optim Medical Center-Screven is located at 215 Mims Road in Sylvania. Drivers can enter through the main entrance off of Rocky Ford Road.
